You add the documents
Drag files or a whole folder into the Knowledge screen: PDF, Word, PowerPoint and other text formats.
Summa is integras' knowledge base. You put your internal procedures (such as standard operating procedures), contracts, policies and manuals in it. When someone asks a question, the AI looks for the answer in those documents and tells you which one it came from. Each person only searches what they are allowed to read.
Nothing technical to set up. You just organize folders.
Drag files or a whole folder into the Knowledge screen: PDF, Word, PowerPoint and other text formats.
Each document is read and split into passages, so the right part can be found later. This happens inside your own environment, without sending the text to another company.
People ask in their own words, in the assistant they already use. Summa finds the passages on that subject even when the wording is different, and even when the document is in another language.
The answer comes with the name of the document it came from. One click opens the original so you can check.
A few examples, with the right documents in the base:
Each folder has a type, such as Procedure, Contract or Policy. You decide who can read and who can add files to each type.
Everyone has their own, and only they find what is in it. If the person asks, the AI saves a note from the conversation there.
Admins look after every folder, but other people's personal spaces don't show up in their searches. Opening someone's space is logged.
What a person can't read never reaches the AI. The AI does not decide who sees what.
Documents are a source of information. If some text tries to give the AI instructions, it does not follow them.
Who looked up which documents, and when, is recorded. The content itself is not written to that log.
When you replace a file, the previous version stays in the history. A duplicate file does not take up space again.
A deleted document leaves the answers right away. It stays 120 days in the trash and is then erased for good.
Included in the Standard and Pro plans at no extra cost.
No. Reading and organizing the documents happens inside your integras environment, and the text isn't sent to another company for that. When someone asks a question, only the related passages go to the assistant that person uses, so it can write the answer.
PDF, Word (DOC and DOCX), PowerPoint (PPT and PPTX), OpenDocument, RTF, plain text, Markdown and HTML.
Summa gives the AI passages from your documents, each with its source, so it answers from them and shows where they came from. If no document covers the subject, the AI knows that. The AI still writes the final answer, so when it matters, open the cited document and check.
Whoever is allowed to read that type of folder, or the owner of the personal space. A document outside a person's permissions doesn't show up even as a passage in an answer.
The screen tells you and offers a 5 GB pack for R$ 50/month. You can also empty the trash or delete old versions.
