What we collect
We collect only what is necessary to operate the service: account data (name, email, company), usage data (call logs for auditing), and payment data (processed by Stripe; we do not store card details). integras.digital complies with the LGPD (Brazilian data protection law).
Legal bases
- Contract performance to deliver the contracted service.
- Legitimate interest for anti-fraud, security, and service improvement.
- Consent for analytics cookies and marketing communications.

Cookies
We use essential cookies (authentication, preferences) and, with your consent, analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4, IPs anonymized). You can withdraw consent at any time via the banner or the settings link in the footer.
Retention
Messages submitted through the form are stored for 90 days and then automatically deleted. Account data is kept while the account is active and for up to 90 days after cancellation. Audit trails are retained for the applicable legal period.
