What do all plans include?
Role-based permissions, an audit trail, sign-in from the assistant with OAuth, and the MCP protocol. Connectors are billed separately, and how many can be active at once depends on the plan.
How are connectors billed?
Each connector is priced by the partner that maintains it and is added to the same monthly integras.digital invoice. When a connector charges by usage, the amount follows usage.
Can I move to a smaller plan?
Yes, whenever you want. The change applies from the next billing cycle, and active connectors stay available until the end of the paid period.
Is the knowledge base in every plan?
It is in Standard and Pro, with 5 GB included and extra storage in 5 GB packs. Starter does not include it, because that plan's container does not have the memory for the search model.
What if I need more than 10 users?
Every plan includes 10 users. Beyond that, you add individual seats, billed monthly on the same invoice.
